Art is chaos neutral, time is precious, and I am not Amazon—but I do try to deliver amazing results.

I am here for it, but I require commitment before the ritual begins! To secure your commission slot and allow me to start the magic, I require a 50% Non-refundable Design Retainer fee up front.
Honestly? This fee guarantees you are serious about your amazing project and compensates me for the immediate work I start the moment you sign on. I need to filter out the Corn Flakes (you know, those with unoriginal **ideas** and serious commitment issues? They can't commit to a magazine subscription). It is a personal term that I use to call out the behavior of people who'll make a **promise, then** make corny excuses, flake out, or ghost you. Hey, we all know one, don't we? **Cost Recovery:** It ensures I am covered for all the non-recoverable **expenses, sourcing** those perfect stones, materials, shipping prep, and covering the taxes from those soul-crushing damn tariffs!
This Retainer Fee compensates me for the initial service of creation and is therefore a separate payment. **It is NOT DEDUCTED** from the final price of your finished **wearable** art or **finished custom product.** The final balance for your completed item or product is due upon completion. A rough estimate quote can be given at the beginning. However, the final price will be given upon completion of the item. The reasoning behind this is due to prices of materials and supplies fluctuate. Have you ever gone to the store for an item you needed, and it was a different price than what was online? They refuse to price match it on their website? I'm sure every customer has experienced that **at** some point in their lifetime. So, I hope you understand that I'm being candid as to the why. ***Please note that custom orders ARE NOT layaway applicable. A separate customer special request form for a custom order, disclosure statement page, and a custom order agreement plan contract will be emailed to you upon contacting me via email, social media, or text. Do you have a layaway option?
Answer: Yes. Layaway plans are available.
Please refer to the layaway section page. There is a layaway registration form to fill out. A customer disclosure and **acknowledgment** page to fill out, and the layaway agreement plan to sign. On a side note: Here is the whole point of layaway. I understand that this economy is tough. I know what it's like to really want something, but cannot afford it upfront. I've been there myself. I want you to get that item you really have your heart set on. I remember when certain box stores used to have layaway plans. So, I'm bringing that service to my small business. I'm helping you, and you're helping me support my small business, which is greatly appreciated. So, it's vital to read the agreement plan **thoroughly** to prevent any confusion and frustration down the line. It's less than a 10-minute read. It's short, pretty straightforward, and your understanding of the terms is the best way to protect your purchase. The terms of policy on the layaway agreement are only applicable to already handcrafted items listed on the website. It doesn't apply to customized orders.
