Accurate Shipping Info

Please make sure your shipping info is accurate.

I can't reroute spells or packages once they're cast. Don't ask Alexa either. She's not really helpful unless you can account for her being an overqualified timer for your chicken pot pie in the oven.

  • Double-Check Your Address
    Make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before checkout.
  • No Rerouting After Shipment
    Once your package is shipped, I can't change the destination.
  • Contact the Carrier
    If you need to update delivery instructions, contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, contact your local post office or the carrier first. I'll help however I can, but once it's marked delivered, it's out of my mystical jurisdiction.
